The entire work that they've done was specifically meant to be able to target Win10 PC and Xbox (their platforms specifically) with a singular development environment using the same APIs and debugging tools. Anything else would be a focus for the streaming tech. Of course streaming will be an option for Windows 10 users as well, for those with underpowered hardware. That's how they expand their market reach considerably. Yep, this vid mirrors my experience exactly. 4K Ultra settings with DXR on Medium and not dropping below 50fps, like I said. And that's on the most demanding map/area that I've encountered yet in the game. (Only played 3 out of the 4 war stories) On DXR low, you can essentially play BF5 at 4K 60fps. Impressive as fuck update... and they aren't done. It's a shame the game sucks though

I agree with everything in this post. 100% Valve DOES need to wake the fuck up. Geoff made a twitter post a couple weeks before the show making it sound like something that was planned got cancelled... maybe Sony backed out at the last min. I heard that Sony was pushing everything back as far as possible and that TLOU2 and Death Stranding would be PS5 releases with the PS4 versions being the "me too" versions. Apparently Sony wants to have big exclusives at launch to really push the hardware in early 2020.
