  1. Says the guy who has been subbed to GamePass who's played Xbox more recently than Playstation
  2. Sony's been arguing for a year and a half now that Call of Duty is the be-all and end-all and that there's no other large production games of it's type that can compete with it and that it's not replaceable... that it's players will abandon Playstation if it leaves the console It's one of the biggest franchises on Playstation and generates a huge chunk of Sony's yearly revenue. LMAO Sony and the FTC have literally been arguing the exact opposite of what you just tried to claim idiot... and COD isn't even CLOSE to being the biggest shooter on PC.. which just goes to show that PC gamers have
  3. https://twitter.com/DeekeTweak/status/1676068765560127489 That's still wild to me. There's no way I would have thought more people played COD on PC daily than both consoles combined. I think console players still got to spend more money within the game than PC players by a wide margin, right?
  4. This is the game Sony wanted exclusive to PS5.
  5. True, but I still think it's good considering the lack of exclusive software for the Xbox consoles. Sony's been throwing their biggest guns out during this time. It obviously means that GamePass has been selling consoles. Apparently, if you believe MS they've been diverting Series X hardware to the cloud servers and that lack of Series X hardware could have something to do with lower sales as well. I mean when you look at it... MS really didn't release anything all year in 2022... That doesn't exactly inspire confidence in anyone to buy a Series console.. so they deserve the de
  6. So around 2:1 PS to Xbox... considering MS hasn't released any real big games yet this generation it's honestly pretty good lmfao. GamePass definitely sold some consoles for them. In that time Sony has released a ton of games.. Demon's Souls Spider-Man: Miles Morales Returnal Ratchet and Clank God of War: Ragnarok Horizon Forbidden West + Burning Shores GT7
  7. It's not that it's unusable (I've never touched/tried the Ally so I have no real idea) but Gerstmann isn't the first person to complain about the user experience on this thing. Even you complained about the Ayaneo experience using Windows when you had one. Unfortunately there's more to using these devices than just launching installed games... there's installing, uninstalling, there's 3rd party apps and clients, there's the lack of a keyboard and Window's pathetic attempt at a bult in one, there's no trackpad for mouse controls, Windows 10/11's touch screen experience isn't exactly ideal on
  8. I can literally suspend any game and play it within 2 seconds of pressing the power button on my Deck
  9. You're not wrong about Gerstmann... but I've seen plenty of complaints about the user experience and controls of the Ally.
  10. Yeah, the Ally is a powerful product, but the user experience just isn't there. The Steam Deck remains the best device of this type due to the user experience and interface.
  11. Funny how Gerstmann says he misses the track pads of the Steam Deck when Jerry was so adamant that they were useless and just in the way Valve really did think of everything on how to make the experience as seamless as possible.
  12. It's an issue not having a mouse or keyboard to navigate windows... whether you admit it or not.
  13. It's very clear that using Windows on these devices as it stands today is a completely garbage experience.. Yes, you can make it work, but it's a pain in the ass for a lot of reasons. Until they solve that problem as well as Valve has.. the Steam Deck is going to be superior from a user interface standpoint. Outside of hardware issues that I'm not aware of, that's really the only negative I can think about it, because it's quite clearly the most powerful product of its kind and you can literally play anything on it.
  14. Yeah it's been a while... but I think they'll get there eventually. People will eventually start to call out how little "RPG" is in these future games, and they'll come back down to earth eventually... but this is SE we're talking about.. so that could take a while lol
  15. It's lost its identity for sure.. but that said, it doesn't mean this is a bad game.. just not a great FF game. It feels like SquareEnix is going through Capcom's "RE4-RE6" phase where they try to make everything more action focused and fast paced.. Eventually they'll get to the point where people are like "yea this is no longer Final Fantasy at all" and then they'll try to go back and recapture the magic of the old titles again.
  16. Half the "PS gamers" here don't even play games and some of them haven't even turned their console on in months... The rest of us are either playing other shit because this game is on a console we don't own, or it simply isn't enticing enough when people are still playing Zelda and Diablo.
  17. lmfao.. no. She very CLEARLY understands why Kotick would agree to the merger despite disagreeing with Microsoft about day and date subscription services.. His response to her questioning him was right on the money. One of the FTCs angles was that Activision would potentially put Activision games on subscription services in the future and that it would have happened organically without MS... and Kotick is clearly saying, no... it wouldn't.
  18. That's what he said during his testimony. Kinda surprised by that... people would have you believe that COD is massively bigger on PS. Mobile is the biggest at 57%, followed by PC at 20%, PS at 15%, and Xbox at 8%.
  19. LMAO no shit. If you're a big 3rd party publisher it makes no sense for day and date games on Gamepass. Bobby has to go all in on that though because one of the FTCs suggestions was that Activision could/would have put games on cloud.
