Ehhhhhh... I'm not sure I agree with that too much. I mean the game funnels you through every realm you enter. The only hub is Midgard and it's not even really that big.

I'm betting that HL:A gets announced closer to launch of the headset. I mean there's no way they don't work out something with Valve to get it on the PSVR2. It would instantly make the headset more desirable for a ton of people.. who are essentially waiting for it to be announced. But regarding the PCVR games on PSVR2.. I remember seeing one which looked a decent amount better.. I think it was Demeo? But outside of that.. nothing that great. It all looks very current gen. Asobi's new title will probably be great, and look visually very nice.

It's not even close. RE2 Remake is an actual RE classic game with puzzles and "survival"... methodically placed enemies and items... RE4 lacked puzzles, and had a bunch of bullshit waves of enemies. And some really stupid characters/scenarios. RE4 Remake still has a lot of that shit.. but it's definitely changed some things for the better.

Yeah. I mean for me personally, I loved even the grindy shit about GoW 2018. Because I loved playing that game. I plat'd it twice lol. GoW:R sounds like music to my ears. But it's not for everyone. The grindy shit can be entirely ignored with no consequence to the story.

I'm not disagreeing with you entirely. I agree that they've been mostly focusing on RE and MH.. but those are cash cows. They aren't the only games. They made a Ghost and Goblins game, they're making Dragon's Dogma 2, Pragmata could go either way as a big title or a mid sized AA one. DMC5 did well. They're in a far better shape now than they were at the end of the PS3 gen and beginning of the PS4 gen. It's not even a contest. But I agree I'd like to see them rely less on RE and MH and get a couple of other big titles out there.

Exactly. Only Horizon looks good visually from everything I've seen so far. The rest has literally been the same middle PCVR level shit. There will be some in the future for sure... but for launch.. it's looking really bad honestly. Not what you'd expect after a full PSVR generation.
