Oh fuck yes, there's cooler armor. Even the armor I just got is much cooler than before... but I've seen a snippet of gameplay with a fucking incredible looking armor set. It looks godly as fuck lol.

It benefits because launching alongside the Switch 2 will bring even more hype to the game. It makes it even more of an event than it will already be.

Really though... who cares where you play it? Point is, this game should be played regardless of which platform its on. I'm loving the shit out of this game, and if more games from China come more often and they are anywhere near this quality, I'll be happy.

I'm at him now. Only tried once and died.. I'll start fresh on him tomorrow. Did a bunch of other fights in other areas including what I think is a secret one. Man Chapter 2 really increases the exploration aspect of the game.

Yea. If I were the devs though, I'd definitely try to have the game release date announced when they unveil the Switch 2... then have it ready for its launch.

PS5 version looks solid enough for sure from what I've watched. I can't speak for the input lag tho if framegen is on.. that might not feel too great but people easily adjust.

Yep haha. I can consistently get him down to a sliver. I'll get him by the end of the night. Also been taking some pics. Game can look phenomenal. The environments are gorgeous.

I stand by the idea that a PS handheld will only exist again if it is completely compatible with their console hardware library and developers can target both platforms easily. I just can't see Sony putting effort into any other bespoke device that takes away developer resources from making PS5+ games.

Yea I did haha. After I got deep into Chapter 2 I remembered that blue fucker in the forest area, so I went back and killed him. Got his transformation and now I have him leveled up to 4 lol. I like him because he hits hard and it's a short attack, so you can basically use him to extend combos and stagger.

Yea I hate them for this. Crash and Spyro would have been great. Hopefully at some point in the future they will let Toys for Bob do a Crash/Spyro game.

Yeah, better safe than sorry. So earlier this morning I beat Chapter 1. That last boss fight was awesome for sure. I'm a bit into Chapter 2 right now and yea, certain sections with those archers are a bitch, but you can reasonably deal it with the staff twirl. Gonna have some lunch then jump back in. This game pulls on me to just keep playing it

You getting on PS5 or Steam Deck? I'm not sure how good this will perform on the Deck (I haven't tried it on there yet) but I have a feeling it wont run good man. Prob should get it on PS5 to be safe. @JonDnD Got up to the Black Wind King, tried him a couple times and decided to stop for the night. This is the type of game where the pacing really makes you want to keep playing though! I got 2 bells down. Loving it so far. This definitely is not a Souls game overall, that's for sure, though the combat is definitely Souls-like. It's basically God of War explorat
