MS definitely has issues with regards to studio management. I'm not denying that. They clearly don't have a handle on their studios and thus they waste/lose a lot of time.... however that's not to say that I'm worried about Fable because it's slow going. They're essentially building a new team, and a new game (to them)... so there's likely going to be some bumps. I'll point to Guerrilla Games... Well, there's lots of games which don't really benefit much from even SSDs on PC. People who have tons of Steam games installed at any given time probably have a huge 4TB+ HDD connected, like I do.. for older games. But it's pretty obvious why it's there.... it's meant to make it look more impressive compared to "last gen". 2 seconds though is impressive.. and that's without GPU based decompression.
