Great 1st party games and consistency is what GamePass lacked. It could have worked. Yes not every company could have got it off the ground, but that's when you consider the position MS was in, and how terrible their studio management is. I think Sony could be very successful with that model.

They basically segment them like this: Minimum = low end GPU Medium = Mid range GPU High/Recommended = High end GPU Very High/Ultra = Enthusiast. And just list popular GPUs they know people have...
