On the headset side, I think they're actually making the right decisions. A stand alone headset which you can optionally connect to your PC is the right way to go. I ain't even mad about them wanting to focus on the stand-alone stuff at this point. As long as they remain compatible with Steam VR, then it's fine.. but it's VERY clear that stand-alone is where it's at for them. It sells WAY better and you don't need any addition

I want both. The first 2 games are absolute classics and deserve to be enhanced and properly forward compatible with future hardware. But I'd also love a brand new one, but the problem is that Visceral doesn't exist anymore, and EA doesn't have any other teams that are capable of doing it justice IMO.

So switching games seems to take about 8 seconds or so. Very close to what the Series X is. UI looks nice. I think the amount of scrolling across the cards could get annoying to see things like images and whatever else has been taken, but it looks clean.

More interested now in this one than I thought I'd be. Then again, that happened with Origins as well.
