  1. Damn, it sucks that it's only going to be streamed/uploaded at 1080p 30 though Apparently they're going to upload a 4K quality version of the presentation later. Like... what are they doing with the time they had? They had an extra week.. lmao...

  3. I'm actually thankful for Sony and what they've done. PC will benefit from it Thanks Sony
  4. Yes.. LOL he knows shit And we'll see about that
  5. LOL that guy knows shit Devs wont have to do shit because games will be designed with Series X, PC, and PS5 in mind from the start. In most games that PS5 SSD will never be fully utilized, except maybe a faster initial load. PS5's SSD will make it's developers lives easier for sure.. that's what it's meant for. It wont be able to do anything vastly different than what Series X will do. The fact is that games aren't going to be 200-300GB with assets that aren't compressed lmao... developers aren't going to do that shit because it will require multiple Blu-rays. Dev
  6. Let's GO I wanna see what these SSDs can do
  7. All access is going to be a big deal I bet. But with all the shit going on at the moment, MS may catch a bit of a break with their plans to support the Xbox One a bit longer. For their own first party titles it's definitely going to help them reach a larger audience. Sony will undoubtedly sell more PS5s but think of a launch game like Horizon 2.. They will not be able to produce enough consoles in such a short time for that game to realize it's potential at launch. That's why I'm a bit skeptical of it being a launch game, and instead a launch window game, with someth
  8. Every COD has that option. The option to not download it at all
  9. Yea, it's no Diablo or anything, but it's a more simple take on the genre targeting kids for the most part. Reviews are meh, but it's selling well on all platforms, as Minecraft does.
  10. Mind you it's a 3rd of the price... but that's still prettttttttty good Keep getting that Nintendinero MS
  11. No you can't. You'll have to do both.
  12. The Gen4 SSDs do get warm, and SSD temperature directly affects performance of the nand flash.. so it's quite important that it be kept sufficiently cool so it doesn't throttle. The newer SSDs coming later this year will probably be much more efficient and run cooler negating the need for big heatsinks.. but yea, we'll see. And I think it's more about future proofing. Nobody is going to say its necessary right now... not at all. But after next gen consoles hit, 5GB/s should have no problem with next gen games.
  13. The AORUS is beefier, but according to one review I checked out, they said they had no problem with clearance of the GPU with the drive right under it Judging from this picture it doesn't seem to protrude higher than the PCIe slot itself, so in theory it SHOULD be ok. Another review said this: They pretty much say the Gigabyte (Aorus) is the only option because it's actually thin enough to sit under the GPU. So there's your answer. Also, if you do buy a motherboard with heatsinks built in, then you can freely choose whichever you
  14. @Twinblade another thing to think about with that SSD you're possibly going with is that if you plan on using it with the heatsink, you kinda have to know what motherboard you are going with because a lot of the m.2 ports are between the PCIe slots. So something like your graphics card or a expansion card could interfere with it. I say that simply because that heatsink on the Sabrent is massive. Another SSD I would recommend instead is the ADATA XPG GAMMIX S50. It's essentially the exact same SSD, with the same Phison controller... but the heatsink is much more stylis
  15. As for my dream sequel. I think I'd REALLY fucking love a new Suikoden game with the visual design of the first 2, but improved frames of animation and visual upgrades that you'd expect. I could really go for a massive long Suikoden game right about now.
  16. Oh man, a FFT or Tactics Ogre in VR would be incredible. Fuck a Vandal Hearts VR game with the classic style of the original could be incredible as well.
  17. 34,000 current players so far today, was 20,000 peak yesterday 2 year old game which is essentially free ($1) with gamepass.. not too shabby. Very Positive reviews on Steam 200k - 500k with Steamspy which is undoubtedly out of date now And.... it's looking spicy on the top row of Twitch with 60k viewers atm and people like Summit and Pace aren't even playing. Sea of Thieves @Twinblade maybe you, me, and @JONBpc and @DynamiteCop can form a
