This. lmao But I do think that watching the concept artist create the artwork revealing the setting and time period of the game is a cool idea for marketing. They really should have just done that, and then have the gameplay trailer come after, but w/e.

Definitely. They're the OGs of that shit lol. One thing I WOULD like though, is if they did put a bit more emphasis back on stalking and assassinating. I would love if you could set traps for your enemies and have to coerce them into springing the traps.

I agree with Jon too. I don't think reviewers will be honest with their true feelings about this game. We'll see though. I mean... I really don't like the pandering they're doing, which is my main issue.. but that's not to say the game will be bad. It will be interesting to say the least. One thing is for sure though... a lot of reviewers will undoubtedly have spoiled the game for themselves by this leak... and a lot of whatever impact ND was trying to go for will be lost. They're essentially being forced to release this earlier than they would have now..

Fair enough, but I liked them. They weren't really doing anything different.. but they were solid titles, just very traditional.. so I could see how some people don't care for them at all. But Gears Tactics is very different as a Gears game... so right there you have something more interesting gameplay-wise than anything the series has seen in a long time. I've barely scratched the surface of this game, but I'm starting to get a feel for everything now, and I'm really enjoying it.
