  1. It's 9TF... at 1770mhz boost.... The card EASILY boosts more than 1950mhz... which puts it at 10TF. And those are Nvidia TF's... The 2070 Super beats the 5700XT at 9.75TF
  2. The 2070 Super is 10TF and is mid ranged.... and cost $499 Do you guys REALLY think Nvidia isn't going to have the 3070 replace the 2080 at $499? Of course they will... and it will be faster.
  3. When GPUs cost $999.... $500 is mid range You're in denial
  4. I'd say mid range is $300-500 There's such things as low-mid range, mid-high range and that bullshit... but for all intents and purposes... $500 is a mid ranged card. The high end of mid range.
  5. You obviously don't know.. Should I go on?
  6. lmao.. those are all low end... what the fuck are you even talking about
  7. Yes they are Low = $350 Mid = $500 High = $700 TLHBFR = $999
  8. It is mid range though.. you're delusional. And yes, you will.
  9. They will... and uh... who cares? $500 GPUs that beat next gen consoles will sell shit tons. $500 is weak.. lmao. You're going to be spending $500 this year, and then another $500 in 3 years from now.... and you're ALSO going to buy a $300-500 PC gpu too.... LMAO!
  10. Nvidia, by the end of this year, will release a GPU which beats the XSX for $500. Book it.
  11. 2080/Super... That will be mid range after the 3000 Ampere series is released. RTX 3700 > 2080/Super.
  12. lmao nah. They'll slap around low end PCs... but mid range cards will be around the same power when NG starts.
  13. lmao.. Dark01x wouldn't argue with me about this because he's smart enough to know I'm right
  14. The 5700XT is a mid range card.. and it's 9TF.. Nvidia and AMD will have cards that are 20TF+ by 2021...
  15. I like him too. This was really the only thing we ever had a spat about. But he was a dick about it and would throw a fit if I kept talking about it.. .and like the nerd I am, that's all I wanted to talk about.. so I stopped going there.
  16. Yea. A long time ago I told him if Series X comes in at 12TF, it would be right between a 2080 and 2080 Super performance-wise. I even walked his ass through it, using the 5700XT as an example and extrapolating.. and he immediately went into denial and got all defensive, telling me I didn't know shit, and that there was no way Series X was going to be more powerful than his 2080 and sell at ~$500.. I was like... dude.. I'm not the guy that's going to play up console power vs PC... PC is my platform of choice, but...it's basic fucking math. He's in denial because he
  17. Honestly... they're essentially the same now. They're pretty much high end PCs at this point. The thing is... PC GPUs are going to get A LOT faster very soon. Within a year of the Series X launch, 12TF will be mid-range. I said it before... and it will 100% be true. Ampere and Big Navi will push quite a bit ahead... the GPUs after those... 2x the power of consoles.. easily. And the other thing is that Ray Tracing is coming in a big way. PC GPUs are going to improve on the RT side a lot faster. Ampere is already said to be double the performance with RT compared to Turing..
  18. PC ALWAYS says so.... lmao "generations"
  19. Why can't you clowns stick to a topic It's going to be amazing. 120fps 4K HDR Easily going to be one of the best games this year. Just 2 weeks away
  20. *sigh*... can't talk about anything here @DynamiteCop! Dark's a dumbo though. Why he'd argue with me about this is something I'll never understand... He's also going to eat crow when Nvidia serves up that 40%+ improvement that I said they would with Ampere..
  21. I wouldn't go that far 4K 120fps yes. Like it will be on my PC on March 11th
  22. LMAO... I figured that would be the case. Denial is going to be strong for a lot of people... but it's simple math.. this console will be right around 2080 Super levels of performance as we said. He's just mad because he doesn't like the idea of a console being as powerful as the GPU he recently bought... probably because he's not planning on buying a new one for a while. He's looking at it from the wrong perspective though. The better the next gen consoles are, the higher the baseline will be.. which will be better for all the next gen games that we'll get for the next 7 year
