It's really hard to say. Could be outsourced or internal. Sony's teams are all sizable and could definitely be porting their games alongside developing their next gen games. If that rumor about Sony telling their developers to keep PC in mind for their next gen games as well is true, then I think they might be do the porting themselves to integrate their tools and optimize their workflow for the future. But at the same time, it just makes sense that Sony has an outsourced studio(s) handling the conversions while these teams focus purely on their next gen PS5 games..
