Oh I see. Shit then... that bodes well for wired connections in home like laptops and PCs. I was using Steam Remote play the other day with a wired connection and was surprised just how great it felt. You could tell there was a slight difference.. but extremely playable. The convenience of the feature easily outweighs that at this point. I'll get better in the future.

What device were you playing on? Xbox?
-
I'm looking You: 100% GPU bound Me: 100% CPU bound You: 170fps 98% utilization (top right) Me: 170fps 71% utilization (top right) You should..... try 1440p... or everything 'to the right' meaning Extreme settings with 8xAA. Let's test these GPUs...

Catherine beat it Where are your sales figures from?
-
I brought up what YOU said. Control was a flop... this is most definitely a flop.. even by your own measure. Couldn't break Top 20... That's really sad considering how amazing Switch games are supposed to sell. Catherine beat it ffs bubu Contwol You know EXACTLY which game he's talking about
-
Talking about Japan already.. lmao this is an NPD thread buddy. Where is DQ11 on that list? Nowhere. FLOP. Keep bringing up Control.... while currently losing your shit
-
It's a filthy flop Couldn't even beat Catherine I guess that's what happens when you release a 10h+ demo
-
I corrected that. I meant just the top 20 anyway. and since when did that ever matter? You said the same shit about Control. DQ11 on Switch is a FLOP
-
No DQ11S in the Top 20... I was hoping it would do well on Switch because we need them to keep releasing these awesome games in the west.

Here you go bro https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-streaming/project-xcloud/register

I'd like to hear your impressions too since you'll represent a best case scenario.
-
^we'll see about that.

The mods this game is gonna get are going to be ridiculous

ok Gouko You're actually going to be blindsided when it happens

Well that's just a separate SKU... not a different controller, like you made it sound. Of course they're compatible.. because they're the same thing. They won't be selling a separate PS Now controller that is wifi only for PS Now.. makes literally no sense. The idea is.. if you're a PS5 owner... you can play your PS Now games on the go.... using your DS5 that you have. Requiring you to buy a special DS5 PS Now controller to play your games on the go, or on another device... No.. not happening.
-
It could... but I doubt it. They aren't going to make "PS Now" only compatible controllers... What makes you think they wouldn't have both wifi and bluetooth in their next gen controller? Or simply just wifi? You realize that when one is active the other could be deactivated, so no power would be consumed, right?

Well, I guess the CPU is only going to help you to a point.. then you're pretty much GPU bound regardless. As I said though.. this is a very limited in scope implementation. It's only being used for the shadows of the tanks.. nothing else. It's much easier on the hardware because they know the position of the light source (the sun) and only have to trace pixels from the ground around the tank back to the light source. It's extremely simplistic, compared to the things Nvidia and RTX developers have been working on. That's not a knock against it.. it's just a fact. Th
