I'm checking MicroDick's press materials, and they're seriously implying that Gears 5's resolution boost is a new exclusive game launching with the xbone suckies. How is this possible? How did things get this bad? Not even a new Forza title? Not even ONE new game? Somebody explain HOW this could happen?

yes, xbox has always had better launch games than Playstation usually. OG xbox had halo and some actual good games which were better than PS2's launch. 360 had a fantastic launch with condemned, kameo, PDZ, COD2, and a few others. Xbox One was promising with dead rising 3 exclusive, ryse, killer instinct, forza, and actual exclusive games. what's truly baffling is how once again i'm proven right as to why Phil Spencer is so toxic: Just look at the series x launch lineup, or lack thereof. there's literally no new fucking games at all.

all trash up until now with demon's souls. Demon's Souls could very well score a 10 out of the gate, it's one of the most beloved games ever made and Bluepoint's work on SOTC leads me to believe they'll knock it out of the park. the game is going to be huge.

Also for anyone who wanted to have FF: Crystal Chronicles physical, I just imported it a few weeks ago, it's only available in Japan, and get this, the piece of shit is region locked in MP (you can't even connect in North America while playing the Japanese copy) and it has no English options for voice or text at all, a complete waste of time. Oh and no local MP of course (the whole point of the main game) because SE removed local multiplayer from the game... WHAT? How S-E managed to bungle crystal chronicles remastered so badly is baffling.

it is literally just a physical version of the PS1 remaster that has been on Switch for years now. it's just nice to have a physical copy to go with all the other final fantasy games on their new home, the switch.
