they have call of duty and had destiny all generation. they didn't bother with multiplayer games that would just be eclipsed by those. Not even Halo or Gears could survive this generation. the MP landscape is ruled by multiplat, cross-platform games, so basically... no exclusive title will ever crack that scene. Sony just needs to double down on keeping Call of Duty a substandard experience on Xbox.

Also, i wouldn't recommend getting a switch lite either way, it's inferior in every regard. the buttons feel worse and lose their tactile clickiness of the OG Switch, it's so much less satisfying to use. Also the system is just so barebones, and stripping away the Switch's defining features was a huge mistake. No tabletop mode, No point in getting a pro controller, no vertical mode for Shoot 'em ups, and a built in joycon defect that can't be fixed... it's just not worth it when the OG Switch can do handheld gaming either way, and is 10x the machine.

think about it, half-dyke VR is a 7.0 game locked behind a $500 peripheral , realeasing exclusively on a dead platform. no wonder this game failed so hard + sucks

demo scratched it immediately off my list. I was looking at picking up a new JRPG for switch, settled on Atelier Ryza, and of course the game is sold out, out of print, and going for $300 on Ebay. Koei-Tecmo won't be re-printing copies in NA, either. Fucking hell. the wait till Xenoblade begins.

BD had such choppy framerate I couldn't play past an hour. Lost Odyssey was excellent though.

i'm not going to D/C this, i've already needed to calibrate one of my sticks and i'm pretty sure it's going to end up being a dreaded drift unit sooner or later. that'll suck, because i have the pokemon one and it can't be replaced. also, my main launch switch had the joycon drift issue as well. much like the 360, you just have to suffer through the hardware faults to play the best games on the market. it sucks, but it is what it is.

Fantastic news! Hopefully the game really bombed and its negative impact on the company takes some money out of Gabe's fatass pockets. Let's hope this hurts valve, and the PC gaming community at large.

temper your expectations after Yakuza 0, it's basically an expansion pack to Y0. Quite a bit shorter too. fantastic game though, I have the physical copy and it was free on PS+ one month too. More scraps for gamepass.
