  1. Worst case scenario is I move out of the country and change my name.
  2. Filing for bankruptcy would discharge most lawsuit judgments. And I am going in this to win, not to lose, even though I'm representing myself.
  3. You think I can discuss the facts of an active court case on here? rofl. And yes, I know they realize they can never get that money out of me. From the documents I read, they are actually using me as a pawn to sue another organization, claiming it's their fault. It's kinda funny actually
  4. I'm going to have to act as my own attorney because I can't afford a lawyer feels good man
  5. "Games this hard are not fun" ROFF
  6. LMAO, I love how it shows a pic of her rear then a small corner picture of her face in a professional photo
  7. i don't want to see those ugly ass smilies, so don't implement this
  8. True crime shows scare me and send chills down my spine. Because what they talk about actually happened. Imagine a narrator saying: "And then the unknown intruder camped out in the basement until the family turned off the lights, and then he began the attack." And it actually being real.
  9. You must not know much if you think there's a strong suspect. It's a completely open case. The whole point of the Fincher movie was that we have no idea who it was. One suspect (Arthur Leigh Allan) had a bunch of damning evidence pointing to him as the suspect. But then at the end of the movie he's cleared as a suspect and there are more questions than answers. Which is how it played out in real life. We really have no clue who it could've been in terms of a specific person, other than speculation.
  10. Considering a podcast about the case got 12 Million downloads on this very month, I think that's safe to say.
  11. No. Zodiac is a way, way bigger story than either of those. He's entered the national conscience. There's been blockbuster films, a bunch of books, endless news stories about the case. As for DNA, I think it could actually last for hundreds of years.
  12. If they actually found a suspect based on the DNA...then this will be some of the biggest news of the century.
  13. iirc they had a lot of difficulty in actually isolating DNA from the evidence because so much time had passed. If they are able to isolate the DNA, they will do exactly that. Assuming it doesn't already turn up in a database. Damn this rumor has me on the edge of my seat.
  14. the crimes are essentially modern. That's why these mutilations/killings shocked the Victorians. In fact, an FBI Agent was able to develop an in-depth psychological profile about the killer: https://forensick.me/2018/07/30/jack-the-ripper-fbi-profile-by-john-douglas/ This is not based on speculation, but proven studies done by the FBI over decades to determine who a killer is just based on their crimes alone. So this is very much still alive.
  15. It's so creepy reading these true crime accounts and the facts of the case and what happened. Gives me chills right down my spine. Here's an excerpt from the Jack the Ripper story:
  16. Let's just make a videogame thread too. Then the whole forum can have 5 threads for all discussions. - What mods here actually believe
  17. A politics thread is also, franky, dumb. It just kills traffic and threads to the site.
  18. unsolved mysteries was great, but it doesn't compare to the 2 shows I mentioned.
  19. By "cutting" they mean taking a razor and just going in a linear direction.
  20. FBI Files is one of the best produced shows I've ever seen so definitely check it out. As for Cold Case, I'm referring to the docuseries with Bill Kurtis. Some episodes are seriously, seriously amazing.
