You kept throwing the term around and it turns out you don't even know what it means. What a faggot.

Once again Jerry is throwing around terms he doesn't understand to try and sound intelligent. What a fool's errand that is.

You're avoiding the question. "An unindicted coconspirator is someone against whom a grand jury has found probable cause, on the basis of evidence, that he or she is guilty of being a coconspirator in a crime." Cite where a grand jury indicted Cohen. Cite it.

Useless babble. You haven't addressed Dershowitz's argument at all. He said: "An unindicted coconspirator is someone against whom a grand jury has found probable cause, on the basis of evidence, that he or she is guilty of being a coconspirator in a crime." Cite where a grand jury indicted Cohen. Cite it.

That's in dispute. Dershowitz, a Constitutional and criminal law professor at Harvard, says he isn't: "Before this claim is repeated so often that people assume it is true, let me state categorically that Trump is not an unindicted coconspirator and that it is wrong to characterize him as such. An unindicted coconspirator is someone against whom a grand jury has found probable cause, on the basis of evidence, that he or she is guilty of being a coconspirator in a crime. But as far as we know there has been no grand jury indictment in this case, because Cohen waived the grand jury

You said he was going to prison because he committed tax fraud. "$413 million in tax fraud. Trump's going to try to do everything he can not to lose power because it's literally the only thing keeping him from going to prison." Again, are you so dumb that you don't understand the difference between civil and criminal charges?
-
You're so dumb you don't understand the difference between criminal charges, which you just said he'd be facing, versus civil charges?
-
And you can't read. Eleventh paragraph in the Times' article you just cited: "According to tax experts, it is unlikely that Mr. Trump would be vulnerable to criminal prosecution for helping his parents evade taxes, because the acts happened too long ago and are past the statute of limitations."

Okay give us the data. If you're talking about mass shootings, I'm looking at the list and they're almost all apolitical.

The Steve Scalise mass assassination attempt was last fall.

If this is a prank, regardless of which side the guy's on, I hope he doesn't do hard time. If he has enough of a sense of humor to make a well-made but inactive bomb along with a bunch of ridiculous retard bombs that're just cell batteries taped to PVC pipes filled with snap pops, that's inspired trolling, and a presidential pardon is in order.
