This might make sense if 500 other multiplatform games and BC titles didn't fill out the year. Xbox is as much of a main platform as PlayStation 4 is. The difference between the two is basically just the level of A and AA Japanese support, Xbox gets pretty much all AAA Japanese games. While that A and AA sector may be big for some people for most it's not. The lions share of Japanese games that release are generally weird niche titles that sell to small subsets of the community. I mean Yakuza 6 only sold a few hundred thousand copies and look at how much that franchise
