Since ever I've been saying all Sony GaaS should be day 1 PC. Even for something like Dreams I was saying it had to be Day 1 PC also. 

However that alone doesn't give justice to just how big a hit this is  As is proof with all the flops MS put out day 1 PC also

Yea, it's stupid how Sony doesn't play up some of their successes like this.  I still maintain that this game could have done even better had Sony hyped up each sales milestone and publicly spoke more about the game.

Those daily sales posts from the Palworlds devs did wonders for their explosive growth. Basically free marketing and people like what is popular. No idea why they didn't do it. Sony just seem to think they are above it all atm. 

Finished Dave the Diver at around 24h. If I had played this last year when it released on PC then it would've been a big GOTY contender for me.

You are right, 2nd party isn't actually a real thing, it's a way to clarify between Sony games made internally and externally. However neither changes the fact that they are Sony games, in fact Sony has literally came out before and clarified it to the level where they said if we own the IP, it is a first party game and treated as such, they make no differentiation between if it's an owned studio or not. Helldivers 2 is a first party IP and a Sony game. Every Housemarque game prior to Returnal was a Sony game even though they didn't own Housemarque. Ratchet and Clank has always been Sony games. A lot of first party developers made Sony games before they became a first party team. Helldivers 2 is literally more of a Sony game than Destiny 2...

Helldivers 2 is a Sony game. This 1p shit you come up with this year is laughable. It's a Sony Interactive Game, an IP owned by Sony, published by Sony and literally has Sony splashed all over the damn game. It's as dumb as saying Ratchet and Clank were not Sony games prior to Insomniac purchase. 2nd party Sony games have existed for eternity.

I get different people are brought up with different skill sets. Today digital awareness is everything. Actually, it’s really all you need. Don't know if I agree man, most of the people I see struggling are young and very digitally capable. In fact have known nothing but the digital age. Meanwhlie the gen older than me that knew nothing digital are all doing great. Properties and any land  they bought for dirt cheap worth 10-20x in value. You don't really seem to get it though, all the things you are mentioning still involve spending money. I'm saying most people quite literally don't have disposable income. Electricity up literally 100%+ in many countries. Mortgages/Interest rates up tremendously worldwide (so Rent also up tremendously). Basic groceries/food items up like 30-50%, etc. All these things mean less spending on non necessities. 

You liked Sunset Overdrive though right? Basically SM lite. 

You played through Halo Infinite though right? Most pure Ubisoft game ever, like decade old Ubisoft open world game but Ghost, Horizon, etc are same old shit even they improve on that style tremendously.

Why not liking GoW but hyping Hellblade 2 for 5+ years?

Economy is so far from fine it's not even funny. I'm not even talking personally because thankfully I'm a lot more fortunate than most but to say it's a pure work ethic thing is bs. 

Many many people working at max capacity but rise of costs far exceed what they can keep up with. It's not subjective that overall the far majority of ppl have had their disposable income heavily reduced in recent years. That impacts practically everything that is non necessity. Go look at how many small business are closing down, look at nearly every entertainment sector, at the resturant sector, at tech sector, etc. It's all down. It has nothing to do with product or quality or anything.
