No, not necessarily true. A country wide emp would knock out most communications. There are roughly 400 million gun owners in America. This is larger than every army in the world combined. That is why America is not able to ever be invaded. you take away guns, mass stabbing would happen. Nothing would really change. the 2nd amendment meant less than it does now.
