Yeah I totally agree. Haven’t had a base model since they started making multiple phones each year.. I’m not sure why anyone would get them this year tho. I got $800 for my 13 pro max from Best Buy, used some rewards, and got the 14 pro max for about $250 (vs 1300) so not too shabby. Rinse and repeat next year for the 15

I picked it up for $5 used at GameStop, it played okay on series X but man the gunplay is so bad. think I got to about 80% done then Elden ring came out, never went back

Also I believe the next gen version of outer wilds comes out this month. May try it as I never played it before
