The problem with delaying it is that it will inevitably cost a shit more R&D assuming Nintendo wants to keep up with tech, which Switch and several other platforms show isn’t required.. but iPhones and a select amount of androids can run games a lot better than switch. Switches GPU is 6-7 years behind the current iPhones. Of course these devices cost 3x the price but mainly due to parts that wouldn’t be included in a switch (Face ID cameras, antennas, 5g modems, etc).
