Verizon & att have unlimited plans for under 80/mo? I think I currently pay 55 or 50 a month for unlimited, but sprint sucks if I need to travel or anything. Haven’t seen much improvement with T-Mobile yet but apparently I have access to their networks. i had sprint forever, for like 15 years. Back in the day my Verizon bills were 300+ a month, I was obviously fed up so I switched to something w unlimited everything (more so text/talk at the time was what was somehow fucking me)

I have a modest set up, mainly due to lack of real interest, but I’ve became more interested as time goes on. I’m definitely interested in future proofing in terms of hdmis/connections, so I’d value more hdmi 2.1 slots than the absolute best picture quality. given they are backwards compatible, I’m just curious why this year doesn’t have more 2.1 equipped TVs.

Are these incredibly expensive to implement or something? Why not just pop in 3-4 2.1 sockets and call it a day? I’ll just have to return it in a year again if I go that route again

Even without these programs, I’m purchasing new electronics yearly, and selling my old ones. This saves me time as I don’t have to resell, which is only an annoyance. Either way, coping a 2.1 equipped TV this year. Hopefully some new ones drop between now and BF.

I bought a TV for like $700 or something last year for my bedroom, but it doesn’t have hdmi 2.1. Knowing I wanted that, I still got the tv and purchased the warranty. The warranty covers “simply growing dissastified” with the tv. So once a decent (non OLED) hdmi 2.1 equipped tv comes out, I take mine back, get the $700 back, and get a new tv for a few hundred or free depending on the price. I will have grown dissatisfied of that older tv. I can do this... forever even if I don’t spend more money, $700 in 2021 goes farther than it did in 2020, and I constantly am upgradi
