I think NVIDIA will have the advantage, but I want to see more serious competition in the high end GPU space. Lisa Su seems to think RDNA is going to the Zen equivalent for their GPUs.

I think Dreams is up next. It's the next best candidate. It's not the first time Sony has built game engines that are compatible with other platforms (PhyreEngine). I guess the question is Steam or Epic Games Store?

I don't think I was clear enough. Horizon Zero Dawn is a reasonable first choice because of Decima engine. The engine is built for porting.
