The ad/sponsor revenue appears to be exclusive to their stadiums/market. That's why theirs company names included in park/stadium names like AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Park, NRG Arena, etc. Edit: It appears that the TV deals to broadcast games is the cash cow based on a few articles I've read.
