  1. Actually, if I was gonna pull the trigger on a Jaguar I'd get that 550HP XFR-S.
  2. You're looking at the wrong Jaguar my friend.
  3. ITT, JonB talks about taking on a mountain lion that weighs more than him.
  4. I don't give a fuck what you say, dumBo. I have a 10lb cat and that mother fucker doesn't fuck around. I can't imagine getting involved with a 41lb cat.
  5. Ray/path tracing is definitely the future... developers have been trying to work in fake implementations for years now. However, it is infant and no one is really adopting it at the moment. It'll be a good 2-3 years before it becomes a normal thing. Right now HDR is definitely more impressive (when done right) than better reflections on a puddle of water I'll never pay attention to. With that being said NVIDIA's RTX line of graphics cards are definitely a massive flop.
  6. Funny how your tune changed now that Xflop YOY is way down... Yet last year it was the compete opposite.
  7. I'm just going to chalk it up as you can't respond within reason. Looks like you pulled a Remij.
  8. "A competent developer"... "An IP is only as good as it's developer". These are literally the same thing yet you go on the most retarded spiel ever. Gears of War is dead, Halo is dying and no one gives a fuck about Forza. Destiny blows all of those away. $100 million is a lot, quit reaching.

  10. If your dumbfuck ass disagrees, please, do feel free to provide an IP acquisition that makes Destiny's IP acquisition allegedly costing $100 million look like pennies on the dollar. I'll wait.

  15. Right. An IP is only as good as it's developer. $100 million is a lot no matter how you slice it. $100 million is a lot more than what AAA games cost over a 5 year period. It's a lot more than any Microsoft IP ever will be beside Halo and even that might be close to what Bungie paid to keep the rights.
  16. This IP probably cost more than most or multiple of Microsoft's recent studio acquisitions including IP. Get real.
  17. Killing it? They announced a game that won't be showing up until the end of the year. They're in a drought outside of fluff indie garbage acquired by the discontinuation of VIta and the nearly dead 3Ds.
  18. Doesn't matter. This IP probably cost more than most or multiple of Microsoft's recent studio acquisitions including IP. Get real.
  19. When you make a thread at least make it accurate. VRS isn't something Microsoft has developed, this is just their application. This is just Navi in general.
  20. I think all of it is pretty inspiring, to be honest. It's not some full fledged out AAA game obviously, but it has a lot of potential. I look at it like another game engine for $30 or $60 where creators can go and create experiences. I think the whole concept of Dreams is great for the industry in general. It gives people a chance to create their vision or copy others in literally a game engine where real hardware or licensing is unobtainable. Depending on who does what can turn into something very interesting down the road, maybe leading into a full fledged AAA game. This is Sony's early acce
