  1. So did I, based on the only damn game that was available, which was Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Unless you have some other proof of another game or Assassin's Creed Odyssey running at 60fps on Project Stream please feel free to provide evidence. Not only did I get accepted into the beta, I also tried it out for myself. The game ran at 30fps, end of story. There's nothing there indicating that Google's Project Stream isn't capable of 60fps, but based on my experience and many others the game was running at 30fps. It looks like Google is going to have something to say at GDC 2019 so
  2. This is just a more efficient way to super sample an image, but at a cost. The cost being IQ. There's no checkerboard as far as I know.
  3. I have no doubt they can, but based on the testing period and the only game tested it was running at 30fps. Digital Foundry confirmed it. I'm not sure why you're so uptight about this. It's just a fucking streaming service beta test.
  4. Maybe I'm not a retard and answered him correctly based on what we know. You're crying like a schoolgirl and it's disgusting. I'll chime in on whatever I goddamn please so you can fuck right off, how about that? Go fuck yourself.
  5. I'm not trying to make a point. Just relaying the facts. It's more beneficial for the end user if the game was running at 60fps because that reduces overall latency. As it stands now from what we know Project Stream's latency is on par with PlayStation Now along with image quality.
  6. DLSS must have got your eyes fucked up because the game ran at 30fps. This isn't about whether or not Project Stream can run games at 60fps. This about what we know it can run and at what framerate, and that's Assassin's Creed Odyssey at 30fps. Take a hike, PussC.
  7. Not at all, not with the One S hardware running their whole venture into game streaming.
  8. Shut the fuck up. Project Stream ran Assassin's Creed Odyssey at 30fps.
  9. Project Stream ran Assassin's Creed Odyssey at 30fps. Project xCloud is going to be a massive joke. It's biggest issue right out of the gate is that Microsoft is using the One S hardware... the same hardware that games have been increasingly been getting worse and worse very quickly.
  10. I got an X and I don't particularly regret getting one. It's a decent UHD Blu-ray player.
  11. Too many assumptions and wishful thinking to take any of this seriously.
  12. That's unfortunate. Over promised and under delivered.
  13. That's how you found us a year ago.
  14. Time to go XenForo like everyone else. lul
  15. Honestly, this shit is 100% garbage.

This is what NVIDIA should have released from the beginning. New GTX series of cards and left the ray tracing in the oven for another year.
  17. This sounds exactly like the PS5 "leaks". Only difference is that the PS5 "leak" was for a devkit. Doesn't matter who the manufacturer is, NVMe seems too expensive... it's not only that capacity is expensive, but NVMe requires 4 lanes. I don't see Sony going a two tiered route, it doesn't make sense, especially when the power difference is significant like that.
  18. This should be pretty exciting. The only thing that doesn't sound like it's happening is the NVMe storage.
