  1. yeah, especially because Lord of the Rings, Warhammer, and the Zelda universe were modded into Medieval 2 around '08/'09. It was another 6 years before they teamed up with the Workshop guys for Warhammer.
  2. Well the modding community is quite diligent about adding tons of content to the games. Plus I never thought I would enjoy the fantasy setting of Warhammer, but it's a superbly done game.
  3. I remember it from my youth, but I wasn't really into strategy games back then (mind you I enjoyed board games like Risk, Diplomacy, etc.) but I first played it in 2004 with the original Rome. Since then I've put thousands of hours into the games, over 2700 hours in Medieval 2 alone...
  4. Were any of these game in the previous generations AA? They always seemed like licensed movie-tie ins.
  5. I'll be honest, I'm not even upset or letdown by the show's current direction; it's more just indifference. At this point I really don't care how it turns out - it just seems like a show wrapping up neatly, instead of Game of Thrones; where your favourites are at risk, or are dead; and the plot goes off on a related tangent, but not one you saw coming.
  6. Gabe doesn't believe in the number three. Half-Life 3 Portal 3 Left 4 Dead 3 Team Fortress 3 THHBO
  7. It was super good. Satisfying gameplay, cool level design, and just enough RPG elements (Weapon/Suit upgrades + collectables) to give backtracking a shot.

Just got here, what's the verdict?
  9. Jimbo, you're not allowed to bring food or drink around your PC?
  10. Yeah with game sizes and the load times, an SSD is a requirement going into next-gen; as they're only going to be even larger, or at least RDR2-size becomes the standard.
  11. I'll give it a shot. I thoroughly enjoyed the film. Read the graphic novel after that fact.
