GDC’s 2021 State of the Game Industry reportis based on a survey of over 3,000 games industry professionals. Of the people polled, 44% said they were most interested in the PlayStation 5 from a developer perspective. That positions it as the most popular console in the survey, ahead of the Nintendo Switch (38%), the Xbox Series X|S (30%). 5 hours into Nier Replicant and it’s starting to sink its claws into me. Game is fun, story is super engaging, the music is god tier, and the art style is great. Can’t wait to spend some extended time on the weekend with this.

The character models looks better here but the environments in Arise look better. Seriously, go look at that most recent Arise trailer. The models are shit quality.
