This thing is incredibly dumb and I agree with many points you made, bad screen, tech demo software, and cheap looking hardware? (lol) However I think the idea behind this isn’t bad at all. The HD gyroscope attached to a headset could possibly eliminate the need for all the wires in later versions of the hardware. Nintendo has always taken chances, some for the better: shoulder buttons, internal saves in cartridges, analog stick, wireless controllers and some worse like the Wii U but that ultimately led to the creation of the Switch hybrid console idea.

I have a 4K tv. Sony first party games are gorgeous.

New Twilight Zone is so good. Opener was original and fit within the shows original feel. Second episode, a new take on Danger at 30,000 Feet, was also really well done. I like the performances too. They’ve got good talent attached and Peele is a good narrator. Looking forward to more.

Sony has some of the strangest hardware design decisions of the three. They are the least aesthetically pleasing every gen.

From my recent trip to Iceland

I’m going to watch the new Twilight Zone episodes tonight.

I think the PS4 version has a stand-alone VR mode. But, I commute to work and I like portability. Also, better physics and no censorship on the Switch.

Got it delivered last night and played some. Physics look good and the graphics are pretty. I actually really enjoy the volleyball and there’s a butt battle game. Pervy as fuck but that’s what it’s made for. There does seem to be micro transactions to get more costumes and stuff but doesn’t seem required. I’ll play more later.

And give us Team Fortress 3 to compete with Fortnite and while we’re at it, give us L4D3 too.

Caught some movies from last year on my long ass plane ride. MI: Fallout- One of the best straight action movies of last year. The practical stunts and lack of CGI was noticeable and appreciated. Tom Cruise for all his craziness is a very good action movie star and plays Ethan Hunt perfectly. Also, the fact he really did that HALO jump is insane. Great supporting cast, story, callbacks, and set pieces. 8.9/10 Venom- I think now that hype went away and I watched it with no expectations of it actually being good made it better.
