They just released a new model, there’s the ongoing chip shortage, and Switch is still selling like hotcakes. When do you realistically expect Switch 2 at this point? I guess I could see Mario Kart 9 as the launch title for it since driving games usually always are a good way to showcase new hardware. But I’m not expecting the real successor to Switch for another 2 years.

I need to finish up Guardians of the Galaxy and Phoenix Wright.

Watched the first two episodes of Raised by Wolves. It’s the same as last season. Great moments of sci-fi and good world building paired with some laughable performances and some weak scripts. I love it so much and glad it’s back. This season looks to be even crazier than the first.

That and the new Kirby should be solid. Hoping for more Bayo3 and my god we need Mario Kart 9. It’s been nearly 8 (!) years now since MK8 on Wii U. They’ve sold nearly 50 million copies on Switch alone. Time for the real Switch sequel already.

Physical is out next month for $40. Definitely picking it up.

Seems like it’s for all currently released games. Can’t do it for preorder though. So Elden Ring or Forbidden West wouldn’t qualify. But something as recent as Pokémon Legends does. Not sure how long the promo will run.

It’s a pretty incredible redemption arc for Guerilla games after Killzone. The decima engine is looking gorgeous on next-gen hardware so far. Also, more port begging from Begji.
