Steam sales and mobile games make the question a little silly. If we're talking physical copies, I picked up PGR3 and one of the FIFA games for $5 a couple years ago while seeing if the used game shop I went to as a kid was still open. They were getting rid of Xbox 360 stock and you could get 2 for $5 if you selected 1 game from bin A and 1 game from bin B. Bin B was just a bunch of sports games that were multiple years old, so $5 for PGR3 and a coaster basically.
