My family has always been big on real estate. Though, after our latest round of flips, we have hit the brakes. Florida is a mess, especially South Florida and Tampa.

400k on a house is cheap in South Florida. Most of the homes we own are $800,000+ and they are just “nice”, nothing fancy.

BOTW is a fisher price "my first zelda". i doubt 2 will be any better. hopefully, they actually add challenge and interesting puzzles in the sequel.

man, used to be all about fidelity mode. however, after playing 3 souls games at 60 fps, going to 30 fps with bloodborne was rough. i got dizzy a few times. i adjusted to it, but still felt the loss of 60 fps. i tried 120 and i do feel some diminishing returns there.

i like to buy games to support my favorite devs. if every title was pirated by everyone, the gaming market would basically die or focus on micro-transactions. i don't mind using gamepass when a title i want drops because i know ms has other forms of compensation. but i usually buy my highly anticipated titles at launch, and i wait for price drops for games i'm at least somewhat interested in.
