    exactly. unless you are able to move around in a company, you will have to switch places, resetting your count to 10 (for most places).

    Well, you aren’t completely wrong. Most starting positions only offer 10 days of vacation time. Some places give you an extra 5 per five years of employment (with a 20 cap). So, I know many people with only 10 days.

    30 here: 20 vacation; 10 personal. Edit: I get 10 sick days, but I’m not counting them.
