This has GOTG potential for me. I know some will say it’s because I’m not too familiar with the souls games, but it did the unthinkable - got me hooked on one of these titles. Plus, I absolutely love the scale/depth of the world. I don’t think I can ever go back to an Ubisoft game again.

Ha tbh level doesn’t make much of a difference. I spread my points out a bit thin, so I could be solid at different play styles. Your equipment, talisman, upgrades, etc. mean way more.

Yup. An amazing Incantation. It continues to drain your enemy’s health after you use it. Renalla was a joke with it.

I killed another couple of main bosses. I beat renalla and godskin. I got my ass handed to me by rykard, though. My magic and sword did shit. I’ll try the weapon I found in his room and see if that works. I couldn’t even use rotten breath to cheese him lol.

MS was smart by having a $300 (usually sub $300) next gen console. The newer games are looking/running quite well on it. Add gamepass and it’s a no-brainer for the typical gamer.
