  1. yeah, you have to do one or the other. i have done recomp work, and it's just too much of a hassle. so, i dropped 10 pounds after the holidays with a cut and then regained a few to get my strength back up. now, my build is solid again. i've been maintaining for a few months now.
  2. yeah man, whatever works for you. i'm just maintaining. my weight is low (165lbs at 5'11"), yet i'm still pretty damn strong. i'm definitely not making much gains, since i eat kind of crappy lol, but i'm also not trying to. i'm ok with my current build. i'm getting too old to worry about being shredded and crap. i'm happy looking "good enough".
  3. same. i haven't used one in like a decade.
  4. nah, the combat looks improved. as for its length, the devs said it would be shorter. still, it just feels too familiar (not in a good way). reminds me of the latest god of war, which was a disappointing sequel.
  5. i would have loved this 6 or 7 years ago. my gaming tastes have changed so much.
  6. nah, the m chip is easily the best thing apple has done for its laptop. insanely good power, thermals and battery life. as for phones, you are onto something there. i still have a 13 pro and it's more than fine. i haven't felt the need to upgrade yet. diminishing returns.
  7. Lmfao! I like the way you think
  8. Nigga, at least I have a job. You shit in dirt holes and sleep in mud huts. :
  9. Are you a professional video editor and compositor like I am? Have you done commercials for Ford and other major brands like I have? No. So, stop being retarded lol. I earned the price of my m1max in a week, and just from a side project. I did the research, and the PC couldn’t do what I needed, due to the fact I travel to various studios. This is also why I have purchased a Steam Deck - I’m not home enough to play my consoles.
  10. Nah. M chip MacBook PROs destroy PC laptops with their superior video encoders, thermals (16 inch model) and battery life (lasts significantly longer and doesn’t drop performance, unlike PC ones). On the desktop front, though, PC>>>. I move my edit station around a lot, so I bought the m1max decked out in 2022. It’s amazing.
  11. Yeah, if the iPad Pro had OSX, I’d get one immediately. I have considered getting the MacBook Air for editing pics when I’m on trips, or when I don’t need to lug my main laptop around. However, a tablet that can do the same thing would be epic!
  12. That’s actually pretty great for the money. Most pre-built 4070ti super PCs come with only 16g of ram and cost close to $2,000.
  13. Software has gotten better, though. Davinci Resolve and Lightroom are pretty great. However, I rather have a touch screen version of OSX. Enough with the phone OS on premium devices.
  14. Especially since the new ones have the M chip. It’s like having a Porsche and just driving in the school zone.
  15. Ha I’ve seen their moon generator. The best is when people think it’s real
  16. i have, actually. i was curious about the 200mm telephoto. i was impressed the phone could pull it off with such a small lens form factor. if there's one thing i LOVE about the iphone's camera, it's easily the stabilization in the video camera. also, cinematic mode is very well done and lets you shoot in RAW.
  17. i tell people it's ok to try other brands out...or don't. nothing wrong with sticking with what you are already happy with.
  18. i know the 15 max (and iphones in general) have clever use of AI processing. Its jpegs are processed very well, at least for social media. it sharpens just enough, slightly color grades the pics (based on what it thinks is ideal) and the fauxkeh in portrait mode is actually getting pretty good (i'm finally seeing less of a helmet head look at f1.4).
  19. oh that sounds great! dtd had a lot going on. maybe too much. this sounds more up my alley.
  20. is that like dave the diver? man, i totally threw dtd to the curb once i got hooked on lorelei
