It’s called “backfill” training. So you go all out on your first set. Let’s say it’s 12 reps (that’s your absolute max). The next set will probably be just 10 reps (exhaustion from first) and 8 on the last. The following session, you start with 12 reps again (even though you’ll be able to do more). On the second set you’ll probably get 12, as well. Maybe even on the third one too. Once you get 12 reps on all 3 sets, you start the cycle over. Your first set will be to failure again, most likely 15 reps this time. You then repeat the previous method, trying to get 3 sets of 15. Then add more wei

Days Gone makes a solid first impression...until you realize that it feels like a gen behind, design-wise. I can see why Sony Bend made handheld games.

Maybe 5? See..with ass creed odyssey, the traversal is so much fun and you constantly see new shit. This game just lacks that. It’s like “yay..more biking in the mountains” or “more clearing out areas”. The main protagonist is so generic too. It really feels like a last gen game with incredible textures/hdr.

Now that sounds like something I was hoping for.

Got bored of days yawn. It’s just not as engaging as current open-world titles.

So days gone is amusing, but generic, and really pretty most of the time (HDR king?). So far, it feels like a 7.
