    the lickers are terrible. i wish they were scrapped. fortunately, they don't play too big of a role. but they definitely got in some cheap hits (mainly because it's dark af in spots).

    the best acting/dialog was the scene with ada, where you run into that guy who's with his infected daughter.

    I finally beat the first playthrough. That was epic! 9/10, so far. I probably won’t start the second for a while. It will be a busy work week.

    Damn, this game is so good! I haven’t been able to play as much as I wanted to (too many distractions), but I’m loving it.

    I agree with this. At first, I didn’t like mr. x...until I realized how easy he is to avoid. He gave me a few good jump scares too. Aside from bugging me during the bookcase part, I ended up liking the section. The lickers suck ass. The aiming in the game is too sluggish, considering how fast the creatures move, and how they come from nowhere. Regardless, I’m really enjoying this!

    I played some today. Just a bit. Mr. X doesn’t bother me too much anymore. It kind of gives the game a “oh fuck” component. The only time it sucked was when I was moving the book cases. I’m almost done with his section, fortunately.

    I never played re 6. 5 was so awful, I had given up on the franchise. But 7 got me back in. So far, I’m loving 2 remake.

    Word! This is the perfect RE game. You get even better atmosphere than the classic formula, mixed with fantastic, modernized gameplay. I’m in love. I gotta train in the morning, but I’m going to beat this after I lift
