I think the way msoft handled backwards compatibility, with the one x, has been its biggest strength this gen. It’s good to see it driving Sony to stop pumping out remasters, and try to do something similar next gen. Team 2020 release for me.

nah, they became more popular when they rebranded their look (ditching the yellow/red for a more contemporary look). they also introduced coffee comparable to starbucks' (starbucks were killing their morning sales). even their menu got more diversified, catering more to the young adult.
