I finally got to spend more time with ruins/tomb chapter of professor Layton 3ds. It's pretty amazing! It's such a huge departure from the game's traditional formula, yet it works. It makes me want a 3ds Zelda

I'm at the ruins part in Layton, tb. Pretty cool and unexpected change.

really? I felt ds2 had no exploration and traversing whatsoever, at least it felt less than ds1. The only thing I liked better about 2 was the combat. 1 was so drab looking. i got bored. 2 at least had a lot more interesting environments. True. DS1 you were stuck on some apocolyptic earth. At least in DS2 you got to look at the bone king's ship with those cool ass dragons. lol i was talking about dead space.

Hey tb, that casino chip puzzle was sneaky lol. It took me a little while to figure out that you can do more than just swap chips

Still playing Layton. I've been doing the minigames and trying to complete all the puzzles. I really need to progress with the story line. I'm only on like chapter/act 5. Pretty awesome game though.

That chessboard puzzle (where you have to cut it in 4 equal shapes) was pretty sweet, tb. It was the first puzzle I had to really analyze in Layton. I don't use hint coins btw.

I wonder if you'll like it. I know a lot of peeps who love the games, but a few can'stand them (very puzzle/story-based). Crank up the 3D. It's one of the few games where it adds significant depth to the visuals. It really works great with the art design. This will sound gay to those who have played it, but I like the rabbit minigame update me when you get to the tomb part. that segment is practically a completely different game so im interested in what you think of it I will. I'm not too far. I just spoke to the mayor and uncovered how 3 of the acts occurred. Lol I hope yo

haha thanks! i tried to make it hard as hell. one of these days i'll finish my other one. it's a lot more complex, musically, but it isn't as hard.
