No, Apple wants to save money by making it themselves. That's not happening anytime soon and by then Samsung will already have micro LEDS in that form factor in the market because as stated before they're the leader No one cares if you're not concerned. Fact is .. Worst selling iphone in 6 Years.

PR Damage control the phones were already manufactured months before and shipped out. The demand wasn't as high... Deal as previous years.. Deal with it. Almost 6% drop....catastrophic drop like you said

I couldn't agree more. Any modern phone within the last 4 years would work perfectly fine in 2023. The need to upgrade yearly ended over a decade ago, back then there were ridiculously huge improvements every year with phones. Now it's basically minor incremental improvements yearly that doesn't make a huge difference beyond being a few milli seconds faster than last years model.

That's corporate speak Damage control. Once they realized pre-orders weren't that hot they started releasing PR about "production issues" . If it were legit production issues they would have announced it a whole quarter (three to two months) before November.
