Steam Deck struggles to maintain 60fps on medium settings in Doom Eternal
Goukosan replied to JonDnD's topic in System Wars
I said THHR? show me where I said that Yes you are proving my point, no one is actually addressing what slow Jonny said, instead they're creating arguments on behalf of sheep and then arguing against it. The steam deck isn't aimed at sheep, it's aimed at the PC gamer crowd. Yet you guys somehow think Switch's performance concerns somehow make steam deck's performance concerns for that PC crowd go away? Lol No im not surprised that you guys are trying to create arguments/blow back against sheep because of steam deck. I already highlighted why you -
Steam Deck struggles to maintain 60fps on medium settings in Doom Eternal

Why are you guys so desperate to create arguments for sheep in your own heads? The performance concerns were made by Slow Jonny. The Switch also having performance concerns (albeit worse) doesn't negate the concerns raised by Jonb. -
As this landmark bill takes another step to passing. Let's take a look at some of its provisions. It features $550 billion in new federal spending over five years. The measure invests $110 billion in funding toward roads, bridges and major projects, $66 billion in passenger and freight rail, $65 billion to rebuild the electric grid, $65 billion to expand broadband Internet access, and $39 billion to modernize and expand transit systems. Among many other priorities, the bill also includes $55 billion for water infrastructure, $15 billion of which will be directed toward replacing

So that we have that BS claim you made that there was no performance concerns for Switch out of the way let's move on to your next set of BS claims. The performance concerns pointed out by slow Jonny for steam deck is right on the nose because steam deck is hyped as being as powerful as a one X. So if it can't run LAST GEN GAMES effectively, then of course there would be performance concerns. Switch was never hyped as more powerful than PS4 Pro... Steam deck on the other hand is being hyped that way. I stated those facts as examples as why sheep aren't threatened b -

Switch wasn't touted to be as powerful as a One X dip shit, so obviously if steam deck can't run last gen games properly then of course there would be performance concerns..... Those performance concerns were raised by a non sheep (JonB) and again you try to dodge steam decks performance concerns by bringing up Switch's. As if that somehow negates Steam decks performance concerns. Fact - Steam deck is not a threat to Switch or any mainstream system for that matter. Fact - Steam deck will have little to no games built from the ground up for -

JonB, Voidler, Twinblade and the diplomat are sheep? You skipped right over the performance and battery life concerns and went right into your fasle narrative building again -

what would be the financial incentive for developers to do this? This device is for enthusiasts, it's not mass market. Unless valve pays for development deals, developers aren't going to utilize extra resources to tailor to this device -
June job numbers - Economy finally getting back on track
Goukosan replied to Twinblade★'s topic in Politics
"payrolls rose by 943,000 in July, better than the 845,000 Dow Jones estimate." "The unemployment rate slid to 5.4%, compared with the 5.7% expectation." "Average hourly earnings also increased more than expected, rising 0.4% for the month and are up 4% from the same period a year ago, at a time when concerns are increasing about persistent inflationary pressures." Slower than expected he said So explain how Biden was responsible for May and June, which were the two best months before this month..... But for July as we now have 3 strai -

That's the thing, I would be shocked if any developer actually develops games for the steam deck from the ground up. Unless Vavle pays for some sort of development deal or they develop games for it themselves. -
June job numbers - Economy finally getting back on track
Goukosan replied to Twinblade★'s topic in Politics
So May which was the best month in over a year had nothing to do with those Republicans because you blamed Biden (even though the numbers were good) Same for June.. Which was the 2nd best month in over a year (neck and neck with May) you blamed Biden. Now here comes July which was slightly better than May and is now the best month in over a year.... Now that we have had the three best months since the pandemic started and you can no longer claim that things are going in the wrong direction...you now all of a sudden want to say it's the republican governor -

How come you did not post the July job numbers? Oh Yea... Because just like May and June it improved yet again "payrolls rose by 943,000 in July, better than the 845,000 Dow Jones estimate." "The unemployment rate slid to 5.4%, compared with the 5.7% expectation." "Average hourly earnings also increased more than expected, rising 0.4% for the month and are up 4% from the same period a year ago, at a time when concerns are increasing about persistent inflationary pressures." -

I don't think anyone said on par with this gen. But it was touted as powerful as a One X. Doom and control are last gen games. If it's as powerful as a one X it shouldn't have any issues running those games. -
Will see this thread clearly was about a non border state, silly me for thinking a mod of all people would stay on topic and not try to derail the thread with tangents. I see you're very concerned about unvaxxed people spreading Covid19, as we all should be. As you know, the number of unvaxxed Americans is leagues greater than the number of unvaxxed illegals crossing the boarder. Which means your concern level for unvaxxed Americans is much greater than that of the illegals. Which would also mean you would be concerned about those states that are now lea
