I posted the office release schedule from NPD themselves Developers and publishers have had NPD hard data for July for more than a week now. 2) There was a crack down by NPD on industry folk leaking the numbers on restera. June and July's numbers were not leaked on resetera. Jaffe is the first person to leak July's numbers publicly so far.
