They care more about services than hardware now... once you subscribe to gamepass... XCloud or XBL... they consider you a customer. MS knows they can't win the WW hardware sales race.... so they're jumping all in on services... Which in the end is better for the consumer of course... less reason to purchase multiple console hardware....Purchase one (PS4 or Nintendo) and then subscribe to Xbox services.
