Why would a city claim they were inaccurate. You're asking for a proof of a negative. Dallas is 10 times the size of Seattle...........this is not up for debate, you cannot prove that Dallas would have the same accuracy as Seattle. He forfeited his $10,000 bond, which they can't do that unless they got Smollet to sign off on it. He signed off on it..........because they reached a plea deal. They're only counting shelters, do you think they're finding homeless sleeping in automobiles, underpasses and NYC has the sufficient manpower to make that count? I overlayed the registered homeless shelters to the Dallas City limits (red lines). Do you think Dallas, or NYC, or LA is going to get an accurate count compared to a 38 square mile city like Seattle?

Because it ALSO says that larger cities counting their homeless are unreliable: Gee I wonder if Dallas accurately counts all the homeless people within its 383 square miles as Seattle counts their homeless people within their 38 square mile city limits.
