I think Take Two is realizing that if they truly capitalized on the hype of the game, that PC fanboys were eagerly excited to see Obsidian make a Fallout clone, they would've sold probably more than 3 million units, probably close to 4 million. Instead, all of those PC owners have WIndows 10 and would have the WIndows Store, and GamePass on PC was running a $1 promotion and it had Outer Worlds on it. What do you think happened?
