I'm sure they want to, and that is why the game was delayed from April to September. They are essentially working on 2, actually 3 versions of the game at this point. The "last-gen" version that they have to downgrade enough to get it to work. The "next-gen" version, and the PC version. And they have to release the last-gen version first and not let people know that it looks downgraded, and then probably release the next-gen versions as "enhanced editions" sometime after the new consoles come out. Just came back from seeing Bad Boys. They just created a competitor to the Fast & Furious franchise, except this one has the benefit of being Rated-R and having alot more gunfights and swearing. the second youtube video is clearly there Even Dynocrap knows why the first youtube video was showing stuttering, it was because it was recording from the Xbox Game Bar app. The second youtube video was recorded from nVidia's recording function, which capturinged the smooth framerate. I had no problems. Anybody who knows the game knows that I have all settings turned on. If you don't know its because your Xbox version looks crappy. And lastly.......you don't need to see the settings to see those 67 NPCs on screen, baby

Usually, my metric was always halfway, or maybe slightly past halfway through a console generation. So, consoles came out in 2000/2001, I built my PC in 2004. I'm not experiencing that in-game. That's the Xbox Game Bar's recording functionality. I get smooth 60 fps when I'm playing. At 1920 x 1200, no less.
