I know Nintendo will be developing hardware with nVIdia GPU technology. And they wouldn't use the same technology, or architecture that nVIdia no longer manufactures. So yeah...........we've established that. Ampere will be used across all nVIdia GPU lines in the future.........and that will be occuring during the length of Nintendo's 10 year contract. That's just basing things on the timetable that we are aware of.

Nope..........can you point out which of my posts in which I don't speak about nVidia? This thread is about..........nVidia. Well, Nintendo has a contract with nVIdia. Hence I've been talking about both companies. And especially in my last post, it was centered entirely around nVidia and their GPU lines. What proof do you have that Nintendo hardware will come in the form of a mobile device? ......for the next decade? You don't have any. What proof or indicators do you have that nVidia architecture will not be adopted into ALL their line of GPUs, mobile included? You DEFINITELY don't have any proof of that, because we know for a fact that nVIdia mobile GPU come from their desktop GPU architecture.

Yeah. that would be. They would need to have a new engine ready for next-gen, and probably intend to design games for all console platforms and PC. That would mean them having to transition from the engine they have been relying on. And they could be moving away from contract jobs and start developing their own IPs because it can make them more money. Not only that............do you understand that Microsoft is a publicly traded company, and what it would mean if somebody was hinting at an upcoming acquisition without it being official? Microsoft

Its literally in the first sentence. Nintendo has a 10 year contract with nVIdia, so an improvement in their uopcoming GPU architecture will DIRECTLY benefit Nintendo. That's not "nothing".............in fact, that's the most simplest and logical correlation to make. Nintendo DOES HAVE a contract with nVidia for the their hardware GPU for the forseeable future. And it doesn't just have to be a mobile-centric GPU.

Yes it is a baseless correlation.........because there is no correlation between those two statements. That is what makes it baseless. You inserted a bridge to connect one statement to the other. Entirely on your own, you didn't get a third piece of information that would connect the two.

You have nothing to indiciate that it is a business-related announcement regarding their ownership. You do understand that Platinum Games typically makes announcements..........of games. So, the idea of this announcement being related to the entire direction and ownership of the company...is indeed rumor. .......created almost entirely by you. Right?
