No they do it all the time. I had Cyberpunk refunded recently as well after playing it for like 10 hours and it crashed the PS5 twice.

You can they make exceptions for the first week. I told them I don't like the graphical performance and the chat person refunded it. I had about an hour of playtime in the game.

I must have totally missed this lmao Let me get this straight, as a reaction to MS's biggest acquisition in video game history Sony bought a studio that used to make good Xbox games a decade ago and now makes microtransaction grindware?

Another issue people are pointing out: Look at the difference between the cut scene image quality and in game (taken on PS5 in resolution mode). Huge drop in quality and detail look at the mountain with the shuttle, the lighting, and everything else really. Either this is the worst optimized game of all time on PS5 or something is seriously messed up. It looks like it goes from a PS5 game to a PS4 game after the cut scene. Either way TCHBFR

Shimmering is not much of an issue any more in resolution mode from what I can tell. But the sharpness overload along with luminance changes in movement combined with the fact that HDR is completely broken and displaying wrong colors makes the game look like complete shit. I can't believe this got past QA testing, for Sony this gotta be a new low for a first party launch.

DF will make a new video on this. Both modes are broken just tested out myself on my CX cause I was curious. Resolution mode is over sharpened and looks fuzzy, and there's something wrong with the anti aliasing in both modes. I think it's a bug HDR is broken too, which is perplexing because it works great in the first game. Had to get the highlights down to -5 to make it look a little better but it's still completely ignoring your PS5's HDR calibration.
