First off those TFs are not really comparable cross gen, PS5 is actually way more powerful than you suggest. Regardless though the system requirements scale up along with graphical fidelity the same problems remain next gen when it comes to the power differential. Cyberpunk will have much higher requirements than RDR2. They can optimize it to be native 4k on the PS5 but you will see a substantial graphical downgrade compared to the Series X. Or they can maintain fidelity and go the Witcher 3 route which runs native 4k on One X and checkerboard on Pro.

You can't optimize away 25% difference in power, same thing happened this gen. Look at RDR2, native 4k on the One X and checkerboarded from 2k on the pro. Except next gen the power difference grows exponentially.

Cows always convince themselves that whatever single player cinematic exclusive they're playing is the best possible game out there. Truth is when it's all said and done God of War and Bloodborne are the only 2 truly great exclusives on PS4. And Sony can't come up with a multiplayer game to save their lives. Where's Socom? Cows can shit on Halo Infinite all they want but when it comes out you can bet your ass it will be a more fun MP game than anything Sony will have all of next gen.

They're saying it's a bitch to develop for so multiplats will probably opt for checker boarding. Plus it's 25% weaker than the XseX. Which means you either compromise fidelity or resolution.

Nah the narrative here is xbox is dead and irredeemable and the only way to be a lemming is either fakeboying or being delusional. Also TLOU2 is a great game and 25% less power is negligible for next gen as long as your hard drive is faster.
