There was an article or video recently about Panic Button's work on Warframe Switch. The optomizations they made to the engine to get it running on Swtich ended up going into the PC version because they were more efficient: Looks like they have some really good engineers in their studio, so it's not surprising that they're continuing to optimize their Switch releases.

Kinda like how FROM continued the Souls' line with Dark Souls instead of Demons' Souls 2.
